By using Lead2GrowMax ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users — visitors, registered users, and business accounts. We may update these Terms anytime.

Lead2GrowMax helps businesses:

• Generate QR codes to capture leads from any source.
• Automatically send WhatsApp alerts to you and your customers.
• Manage, track, and follow up leads via a dashboard.
• Schedule automated follow-up reminders.

• Give accurate info when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• One free account per person/business.
• Report unauthorized use to support@lead2growmax.com

4.1 Plans

We offer Free, Basic, Growth, and Business Pro plans. Features and limits are on our Pricing page.

4.2 Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via UPI. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).

4.3 Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrade anytime. Downgrades take effect next billing cycle.

4.4 Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Contact us within 7 days for refund consideration.

4.5 Non-payment

If payment fails, we will notify you. Unpaid accounts may be downgraded or suspended after 15 days.

We send messages via Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. You agree to:

• Follow WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Platform Terms.
• Use only approved message templates.
• Get consent before messaging customers.
• Not send spam or misleading content.

We are not responsible for account suspension by Meta due to your non-compliance.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal.
• Send defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content.
• Try to access parts of the Service you shouldn't.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.
• Resell the Service without permission.
• Interfere with the Service's performance.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

All platform content, features, and design belong to Lead2GrowMax.

Your lead data and business info remain yours. You give us permission to use it only to provide the Service.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices. Privacy Policy.

We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance may happen with notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee it will be error-free.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

You agree to protect Lead2GrowMax from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Either party can end this agreement. You can close your account from Settings. We may suspend access for violations.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes go to Indian courts.

Before legal action, please email us — we prefer to resolve things amicably.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms + Privacy Policy = full agreement.
• Severability: If one part is invalid, the rest still applies.
• Waiver: Not enforcing a right doesn't mean giving it up.
• Assignment: You can't transfer these Terms without our consent.
